Referrals & Enquiries

Referral and Registration at Bluestone Therapy is a phased approach:

1. Contact the office administrator at 403-875-3932 or by email at officeadministrator@bluestonetherapy.services
2. We will contact you during business hours to establish the type of therapy you are requesting, and which therapist may be a goodness of fit. This may include speaking with the Clinical Director or the therapist.
3. You will be sent a Registration Form and questionnaires to complete prior to your appointment.
4. Once you have completed the forms, you will be sent an appointment notification for your assessment date. This will include access to the Bluestone Therapy online virtual portal if your appointment is not in person.
5. If you are on a waitlist to see a therapist, you will be notified every two weeks regarding your status on the waitlist. During this time if you have any questions or concerns, you can contact the Clinical Director, Dr. Sarah LaRocque directly, at 306-380-2164
