On Site: Cochrane clinic
o Wednesdays – 10:00 am -12:00 pm
o Wednesdays – 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Duration: 16 weeks: each session building on the previous one

o Regulation practice
o Targeted education on concussion recovery
o Interactive stations that focus on key areas impacted by concussion
